You would think after centuries of using this terrifying form of population control we would have evolved just a little. The weapons have to extremes, but the options haven't changed in the slightest. Slaughter as many as possible and destroy entire areas to stand by might having right, though it will swiftly be undermines by intellect every time. Why, oh why, are we so adamant not to progress?
